Spectral Floetry Experiences
Restorative Yoga sessions and guided meditations to connect mind-body-heart healing, focusing on “Heartfullness” in addition to “Mindfullness”. Visualisations are inspired by nature’s hues of the shifting seasons, patterns of celestial cycles and chakra rainbows to add extra auras and auroras to the experience. A focus on heart-opening will help refresh your posture from the daily slump over screens to reconnect to your inner creativity. Ambient soundtracks are crafted to span the strings of Floating Points and hang drum of Fourtet to the ethereal zither of Laraaji’s meditative melodies

Sidestep the residual daily stresses by softening into a felt-sense of stillness. Roll out of Svasana feeling lighter and brighter with a recalibrated wholeness and oneness. Slowing down for longer poses over supportive props allows the body to release muscle tension and let go. Combining this movement with natural conscious breath, eases the nervous system out of “Flight & Flight” survival mode to the “Rest & Digest” relax response.
Take the opportunity to dedicate time to freedom of distraction from devices to delve deeper into “BEING” rather than “DOING”. Switch off from technology to rekindle your relationship with your own innate sparkle, spirit and soul.
Once your body is transformed, the mind can find freedom. If breath is your life-force, then facilitating a longer expression is an exploration deeper into the essence of your full potential in self-discovery.

Fred Butler is a London based creative known for occupying the space between fashion, art and craft. As well as showing her accessory collections during London Fashion Week she has created bespoke pieces for leading music artists. Her many collaborations have included Swatch, Nike, Samsung, MTV and Red Bull.
Her 2018 solo show “Harmonics In Space” at NOW Gallery focused on fusing art with wellness for a healing destination. Fred is combining this cross-discipline with her own “Spectral Floetry” style Restorative Yoga, having qualified as a yoga instructor at Stretch London. A life-time passion for yoga since first practicing with her parents, has evolved into another family affair as a live meditation radio show with her partner “Lasmaisonmusiq”.
