As part of our policy to avoid waste, and unused stock, we are not able to offer refunds. However, we can offer an exchange and/or a credit note.

Goods can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us on the same address above to request an exchange. If your exchange item is less the value of the original, we will issue a credit note for the difference.
Once we receive the item, please allow 5 working days for us to process your exchange. Exchanges are void if the item has been damaged or dirty from use. Please note we do not provide free returns shipping.

Terms & Conditions - Classes
Online classes are taught via Zoom. To prepare for class you simply need to download Zoom desktop client or mobile app. After registering for the class, you will be emailed your Zoom link.
Yoga is for everyone. However, when online it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from a specific injury or are managing a condition it is your responsibility to consider whether or not this practice is right for you at this time.
Cancellations
All classes, events and workshops are supplied by Fred Butler, subject to the following express Terms and Conditions.
The cost of each class / event / workshop will be shown clearly on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and submitted payment correctly.
You may cancel your booking, without charge, up to 12 hours before the start of the session that you have booked. If you book onto a session within 12 hours of its scheduled start time, there is no entitlement to cancel other than in accordance with the next paragraph.
If you fail to cancel within the cancellation period stipulated above, do not attend a booked class, or arrive late to a booked class, you will be charged full price.
I do not offer refunds.
In the event that I have to cancel a class / event / workshop for unforeseen reasons, I will contact you by email to let you know. At the time of cancellation, I will offer you the choice between:

being transferred to an alternative date and time

being refunded the full amount paid
I operate under a policy which prevents you from taking part in any class / event / workshop if you are late. This policy is in place to be mindful of other participants. I ask you to be present or log-in 5-10 minutes prior to the official beginning. If you fail to show for a booked class / event / workshop in accordance with the above, the “late cancellation” policy will come into effect.
